Guest Registration

Member’s must use this form to register all overnight Guests.

 

Please be reminded of the Guest Rules outlined in your handbook:

We welcome your Guests and want them to feel at home at The Club. Priority will be given to members of your family that wish to visit you or use your Villa while you are away. Due to the adult orientation of The Club, restrictions regarding the length of stay of a child under 21 is specifically addressed. Please see guidelines and chart below:

  • Pets are not allowed in the Guest Suites, however Guests staying in a Member’s Villa or Bungalow are permitted to bring their pets subject to the best rules outlined in the Handbook. Please contact our office with any questions and to confirm the club’s pet rules and regulations.

  • All Guests under 21 years of age, must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21.

  • Member is responsible for providing their Guests with all FOBs and access to The Club and property.

  • All guests must comply with all rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook. Please contact the leasing office for any questions regarding the club rules and regulations.

  • Guests must sign an Amenity Waiver before attending events, classes or using any of The Club’s other amenities. (Amenity Waivers can be signed in-office if preferred, once signed Amenity Waivers are good for up to one year.)

  • All Guests and hosting Member must complete a Guest Registration form (linked above or filled out in-office.)

  • Maximum number of weeks of Guests’ stay per year are based on the Calendar year.

  • Lengths of stay may not be in succession.

  • Guests must be registered for each stay.
