Well-being by way of a court and paddle… yes!  Pickleball is the latest rage on the courts, but especially for those in active adult communities! 

Not only is the game fun and easy for active adults to play, it can potentially contribute to heart health!  According to a pilot study by North Carolina State University researchers, it helped a group of adults reach their recommended weekly dose of moderate to vigorous physical exercise!
